1. Agreement to Terms

MIVIANTA provides custom website development, AI automation solutions, and lead management systems. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for any project will be agreed upon in writing via a separate contract or proposal before work begins.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in a specific project agreement, the website content, designs, underlying code, and intellectual property developed by MIVIANTA remain our property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, ownership rights transfer as stipulated in the project agreement.
4. Limitations of Liability
In no event shall MIVIANTA or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials or services provided, even if MIVIANTA has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
